Ross’s New Zealand Trip

Later last year, Supported Care facilitated our first ever international trip for one of our SIL Residents! Ross & his Support Worker Alex travelled to Dunedin in New Zealand.

Ross spent quality time with his sister in Dunedin and took time to enjoy the scenery & local landmarks - he's collected a few new hats to prove it! Just like many other people around the world – his favourite food in New Zealand was fish & chips.

With Alex’s support, Ross said his New Zealand travels were easy & relaxing, although his least favourite part of the trip was experiencing airport security - we hear you Ross! In 2024, Ross hopes to visit Tasmania, and dreams of visiting Fiji in years to come!
