Supported Care offers medium term accommodation for people with lived experience of mental illness who are seeking support, help and care to live a fulfilled life.
Our supported living homes are well-equipped and designed to cater for people facing many different hardships in life. All our customers deserve the highest standard of care to live meaningful life.
Our staff seek to improve the wellbeing of our customers lives through high quality, specialised care while allowing autonomy and dignity. We treat our clients with respect while encouraging independence and self-fulfilment. We embrace everyone’s individuality and offer programs to enhance self-esteem and preserve dignity.

Supported Care workers are onsite to care for clients 24/7.
What is NDIS Medium Term Accommodation?
Eligible NDIS customers can access medium term accommodation for up to 90 days as an interim housing option while waiting for confirmed long term housing.
Typically, this type of housing is available for customers of the NDIS who:
Require bridging accommodation for customers who are at risk of being admitted to aged care, or for those who wish to leave aged care, while they wait their longer-term accommodation
Are seeking discharge from hospital but are waiting for long term housing
Are eligible for SIL or SDA housing but are awaiting a vacancy
Supported Care offers a safe environment, which is welcoming and feels like home. Our ability to provide safe, stable living allows our clients to find their feet and transition into longer term accommodation.
CALOUNDRA MTA
Medium Term Accommodation

Our Caloundra home is situated in the beautiful beachside community of King’s Beach. Supported Care offers a safe environment, which is welcoming and feels like home.
Kings Beach has it all; enchanting rock pools, the oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, and the gentle beach break with protected swimming areas, a Kings Beach holiday is totally exhilarating.
The house is walking distance to the beach, where you will be able to soak up the sun and sea. Our carers can organise activities for you, including surfing and fishing.
We are a short drive from Sunshine Coast University Hospital and other health facilities.
