Our support options cater for all levels of need; from drop in support to assist you with daily living, through to full-time support arrangements.

We assist you to develop the skills you need to live as independently as possible.

Our friendly team of well-trained support workers will take the time to understand who you are and help you to identify your dreams and make those dreams come true. Our highly skilled team will assist you by developing, implementing, and closely monitoring a life plan that leads you in the direction you choose.

With NDIS ILO you can live at home with the supports you require provided by Supported Care.

Our approach to you is flexible and person centred; your supports are designed to meet your needs. Our supports are a result of holistically considering an individual's preferences, strengths, assets, support requirements, informal and community supports.

You have the flexibility to choose your living arrangements in a setting of your choosing.

What is NDIS Individualised Living Option (ILO)?

An Individualised Living Option (ILO) is support funding that lets you choose the home you live in and set up supports in the way that best suit you.

Having ILO funding will help you work out how you want to live, where you want to live and who you live with.

You can share your home with friends or housemates. Or you might live in the home of a host family or on your own with the support you need.

ILO’s are funded in two parts. The first stage is all about exploring and designing the supports you want. The second part is funding to put those supports in place.

An Individualised Living Option is not determined by the home ownership or leasing situation or eligibility for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.

What is the Difference between ILOs and SILs?

How do ILOs differ from SILs?

  • ILOs are individualised designed around each individual

  • The flexibility of ILO’s allows for each individual to choose the supports they need as they need them, allowing for many different client needs to be met

  • SILs are funding to live in shared setting on a prescribed ratio of roommates

  • ILOs take greater consideration of informal supports that each individual has and the role that they play

  • ILOs is alternative to a SIL for participants with moderate to high support needs and who may not qualify for SIL packages
